Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Tildi app and website (the “Service”), operated by Tildi. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The Service
Tildi helps you rewrite messages in your own voice and a chosen tone. It offers suggestions; it does not send messages for you. You decide what to copy and whether to send it.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your region, to use Tildi. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping it secure and for activity under it. Tell us promptly at support@tildi.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Tildi to create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that harms others;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly allowed;
- use the Service to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text you put into Tildi and the rewrites you produce. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Service — for example, to transmit your text to our AI provider to generate a rewrite and to store the rewrites you choose to save. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we don’t use it to train models. See the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated suggestions
Rewrites are generated by an AI model and are suggestions only. They may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it. Tildi is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or crisis advice.
Subscriptions & billing
Tildi offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“Plus”). Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to Tildi and is protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggestions will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tildi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from messages you choose to send. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Tildi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Tildi after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tildi is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
